These fresh pork sausages have a delicious flavor and are our Number One most popular seller. Be sure to cook them thoroughly, since they are "not" pre-cooked. Whether on the grill on in a pan take a little extra time to make sure they're done. Each package contains approximately 10 links (at times the package may contain 8 or 9 links) with an approximate weight of 1 pound 6 ounces of sausages. They may be packed more by weight than by number of sausages. If you're planning a party, you may want count on two to three links per person (although we've seen some guys eat up to 5 sausages in one sitting!). This is a crowd favorite!

Try this serving suggestion for an extra special treat: Cover the uncooked brats in milk for about 10 minutes, then coat with plain or seasoned flour. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the floured brats until they are a deep golden brown on both sides. These brats will be delicately crunchy and perfect with spicy mustard. These Wieners have a casing which is considerably firmer than most hot dogs. This gives them a distinctive firm and somewhat chewy texture. These Wieners may not be the best choice for those looking for a more tender Wiener.

These Wieners from Stiglmeier are giant deli Frankfurters and can be served the American way - on a bun with your favorite condiments. Or serve them the German way, with a mild German mustard and potato salad. Either way, these precooked sausages need only be heated through. Bring water to a boil, drop in sausages, cover and turn off heat. Allow to sit in hot water for 10 minutes and it's ready to serve. Long and thin, each package contains six (6) links (each measuring approximately 9 inches long and 3/4 inches thick). These Wieners can also add a delicious flavor to your German Creamy Split Pea Soup. Keep frozen for up to 2 months. If defrosted, store in refrigerator for not more than two (2) weeks before consuming.

These fully-cooked Bratwurst are wonderful on the grill or in the skillet! Each USDA-inspected package weighs approximately 14 ounces and contains four links.

Veal Bratwurst: Mildly-seasoned veal sausage. Brown on the grill and serve. You may also place your Veal Brats in a skillet with butter and sliced onions until nicely browned. For a little less calories, we will place our bratwurst in a skillet with water. As the water evaporates, continue to add more water until you start to get a carmelized effect and the bratwurst should brown evenly.
